Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Siahverse and its connected apps, operated by Josiah Borja. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Siahverse is not intended for children under 13; if you are under the age of majority, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission.

Access and availability

QBanco is free. A Siahverse account does not automatically grant access to every app. QBanco may require email verification and administrator approval, and permits one active QBanco device/session per account. Access permissions can change. Features and availability may change, and maintenance or errors may interrupt service. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons.

Study tools and health information

Nursing questions, explanations, games, and workout tools are for education and personal use. They are not medical advice, clinical decision support, or a substitute for your instructors, official materials, or qualified professionals. Questions can contain errors and do not guarantee exam results. Siahverse is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCLEX, HESI, or their owners. Do not submit real patient information.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, bypass access controls, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or use apps to cheat on an actual examination. Do not bulk scrape, redistribute, sell, or publicly share protected question banks or other content without permission. Security controls may restrict copying and report browser events to administrators as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content and files

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Siahverse permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, including public leaderboard entries. You must have permission to upload or share your content. Keep your own backups of important files and records; Siahverse is not a guaranteed backup or clinical-record service.

Ownership and third-party services

Siahverse branding and original content belong to their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purposes, not ownership of its content. Third-party apps, providers, and linked resources have their own terms and policies.

Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may stop using the service at any time or contact support@siahverse.cc to request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to address violations, security issues, or discontinuation of a service.

Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Siahverse is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. For material changes affecting your use, we will provide notice through the site or account email where appropriate. For questions, contact support@siahverse.cc.
