Privacy Policy

Siahverse is a collection of study, productivity, games, and personal cloud tools operated by Josiah Borja. This policy explains how information is handled on Siahverse and its connected apps. Third-party websites linked from Siahverse have their own policies.

Information we collect

• Account information: first and last name, email, account identifier, sign-in provider, and optional phone number and authenticator information when you enable those features. Password authentication is handled by Supabase.
• App information: access requests and approval status, saved tasks and workouts, study sessions and progress, game results and leaderboard entries, and files you choose to store, depending on the app and features you use.
• Support and security: messages you send, bug and question reports, relevant page or question identifiers, session information, and technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information processed by our infrastructure.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information, such as your name, email address, profile picture when provided, and a provider identifier. We use it to authenticate you and associate your Siahverse account. Google sign-in does not give Siahverse access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. You can remove Siahverse access in your Google Account settings, and manage linked methods in your Siahverse account.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and apps, save the information you choose to submit, review QBanco access requests, deliver confirmation and account emails, maintain security, resolve reports, and improve the service. QBanco approval is separate from creating a Siahverse account.

Cookies and device storage

Authentication uses cookies to maintain sessions. Theme and star preferences, and some quiz sessions, bookmarks, and progress, are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved progress. Other apps may store information on their servers. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.

Reports and leaderboards

Leaderboard features may display your chosen display name and game results to other visitors. Support reports are available to administrators. QBanco may report blocked copying or screenshot-related keyboard shortcuts received by the browser, along with the account, page, and question involved. These signals do not prove that a screenshot was taken; the website cannot reliably detect operating-system screenshots or screen recording. General bug reports use a daily IP-derived identifier for rate limiting.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers including Cloudflare for hosting, infrastructure and storage, Supabase for account authentication and related data, and Resend for transactional email. They process information needed to provide their services. Google processes Google sign-in under its own policies. Administrators can access information needed for approvals, support, and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain security, resolve support issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by app and data type; there is no single automatic deletion period across all apps. You can edit supported account settings and delete app records where controls are provided. For access, correction, export, or account deletion requests, email support@siahverse.cc. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting an account does not automatically clear storage on your devices; retained backups or security records may remain for a limited operational or legal purpose.

Security, children, and changes

We use authentication and access controls, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Do not upload patient information, confidential clinical records, or other information you are not authorized to share. Siahverse is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We update this policy as features or practices change and display the updated date here. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
